We ask that payment be made on day of service. We accept cash, debit/credit card, and Care Credit (call for details).

We are a provider on several different insurance plans and as a courtesy, we are happy to file your insurance claim. If a patient has dental insurance, we ask that the patient’s estimated portion and/or deductible be paid on the day of service.

She did a great job on everything and was really honest and explained everything the whole way through so I could make a decision on whether or not to complete the procedure with a specialist. First visit was seamless and the staff was great. I chose them because they were close to my home and took my insurance.
